About payments
Where enabled, card payments are processed by Stripe for the receiving group’s Stripe account. Availability depends on the group’s configuration and payment-account eligibility. Review the receiving group, campaign and amount before authorizing a contribution.
Contribution questions
For a payment question or refund request, contact the group administrator. You can also contact PolePay support with the group name and payment reference so we can help direct your request. Never send passwords, full card numbers or bank credentials.
